Thanks for visiting our safe and secure webstore.  We hope you enjoy our store and have a fun time collecting! Please remember all of our items are in mint (excellent ) condition, unless otherwise stated in the description. We know box condition is important to collectors and that a great majority of our inventory has come directly from the manufacturer which means boxes have not had shelf wear or been passed from one buyer to another. We will note on every doll desciption the condition of the box. If a box is noted to be in excellent condition that means it is as new as possible. Sometimes coming from original shipping box. We will also note if any boxes have wear so you can buy with confidence. Thank you

Please read our store policies before placing any orders.  We reserve the right to change any of the following policies at anytime and recommend you review them.
Prices are subject to change without notice.  Dolls are available in varying quantities.  If a doll becomes unavailable you will be notified.

Please make your selections when ordering carefully.  There are no returns on doll/collectibles or refund of shipping unless we are correcting an error on our part.
We ship items in excellent boxes unless otherwise noted, but cannot guarantee they arrive in the same way.  Dolls are NRFB ( never removed from box) unless otherwise
stated.  If there is severe damage to your shipment upon arrival we ask you email at askjuls@julsdollsandcollectibles.com the same day the package arrives for a 
return authorization approval.  Postage is not refundable in any case.  You will be responsible for return postage and items are to be shipped back in original box and
packing.  Returns without authorization will not be accepted.  Returns must be sent back within seven days of receipt of shipment.  Any merchandise bought as-is
cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Payment; We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover through our secure paypal site.  Sorry no checks or money orders.  Sorry we do not offer 
layaways at this time.

Shipping;  We presently offer domestic shipping (all U.S. territories) and shipping to Canada.  Sorry there is no other international shipping at this time.  We ship ups or usps and delivery days are estimates only.  Packages are automatically insured.  We ship to only one address for each order. Please no P.O. boxes.  For all domestic shipping our standard rates for all shipping and processing fees are $10.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional items up to four items. 
Thereafter additional shipping charges apply. Sorry we do reserve the right to limit up to eight items per order. Standard shipping time of delivery is estimated between 4-14 days.  We do offer domestic priority shipping, estimated shipping time 2 days plus additional day for processing order for an additional fee of $15.00 added onto the standard rate fees.

Canadian Shipping;  Add $25.00 to standard rate fees to cover all shipping costs.  All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.  Canadian customers are responsible for any taxes and duties. 
Tax; Missouri residents will automatically be charged sales tax.  The current rate is 6.925%.
